Shipping & Delivery

We aim to make getting our wines to you as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Dispatch

All orders are despatched directly from our estate in Nagambie, Victoria.
Orders are typically packed and sent within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery

Once your order leaves our estate, it is shipped with Australia Post.

As a general guide, delivery timeframes are:

• 2–5 business days for most metro and regional areas

• Remote locations may take a little longer

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

Tracking

Where available, you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Safe Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, as wine orders may require a signature and cannot be left unattended. If no one is available, Australia Post may leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

Weather & Delays

Occasionally, extreme weather or peak periods (such as public holidays and major sales events) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
